This study primarily almed to determine the business impact of electronic transactions on the financial management among restaurants in Tanay, Rizal. The researchers used the quantitative method of research to determine the business impact of electronic transactions on the financial management among restaurants in Tanay, Rizal through gathering data using the questionnaire checklist to 75 respondents who are owners, employees, and customers. The data collected were talied, tabulated, analyzed, and interpreted using statistical treatment such as frequency, percentage, rank distribution, weighted mean, and one-way analysis of variance. Based on the analysis and interpretation made, the researchers summarize the following: From the 75 respondents, with respect to the profile of 30 owners, majority of the owners were middle age, female, married, college graduate, three years and below experience as manager/owner. The data from their business profiles revealed that many of the businesses have been operating for three years or less, with initial capital ranging from 500,001 to 700,000 and current capital between 900,001 and 1,200,000. Most of the capital came from personal funds, and they primarily served specific products. Regarding employees, the basis were middle age, female, single, high school graduates, with salaries between 10,001 and 15,000. The customer base was predominantly female, visiting once a month, earning 5,000 or less per month, and frequently using G-cash for electronic transactions. Based on the Obtained Mean, the respondents agreed that using electronic transactions have an impact when it comes to monitoring, controlling and protecting their financial management among restaurants by leveraging technology, businesses can improve their operational efficiency, enhance security, and build trust with customers and stakeholders. This ultimately leads to better financial management and a stronger compettive position. Based on the One-Way Analysis of Variance, with respect to the tested hypothesis, there was no significant difference in the respondents perception in tho olectronic transactions whon it comes to moniloring in forma of ago, sex, civil status, yoars of experience as ownedmanager, monthly income, froquency of viail and eloctronic transactions platform use. There was also no significant difference in tho respondent's perception in the electronic transactions in terms of years of operation, Initial capital, present capital, sources of capital and product served. However, there was a signilicant difference in the respondents perception in the electronic transactions in terms of highest educational attainment with regards to monitoring the financial management among restaurants in Tanay, Rizal When it comes to controlling, there was no significant difference in the respondents' percepton of electronic transacions in terms of age, sex, civil status, monthly Income, electronic transactions platorms use. There was also no significant difference in the respondent's perception in the electronic transactions in torms of years of operation, initial capital, present capital, sources of capital, and product served. However, there was a significant difference in the respondent's perception in the electronic transactions in terms of highest educational attainment, years of experience as own lager, and frequency of visit When it comes to protecting, there was no signilicant difference in the respondents perception in the electronic transactions in terms of age, civil status, highest educational attainment, years of experience as ownet/manager, monthly Income, frequency of visit and electronic transactions pladorm use. There was also no significant difference in the respondents perception in the electronic transactions in terms of years of operations, initiall capital, present capital, sources of capital and product served. However, there was a significant difference in the respondents' perception in the electronic transactions in terms of sex. Based on the findings and conclusion of the study, the researchers concluded the following: Most respondents are young, with the majority of restaurant owners being married and employees being single, suggesting that civil status does not affect the use of electronic transactions. Additionally, most restaurant owners are college graduates, while employees are high school graduates, indicating that both groups are capable of using electronic transactions. The respondents also agreed that using electronic transactions positively impacts the monitoring, controlling, and protection of financial management in restaurants. Based on the findings and conclusion of the study, the researchers recommended the following: Owners of restaurants need to adopt electronic transactions to reach a wider customer base, including those who prefer digital payment methods. Employees and customers are encouraged to use platforms like G-Cash, which provide transaction histories that aid in better financial management. Furthermore, restaurant owners should provide training to employees on securely handling electronic transactions and protecting customer payment information. To enhance security, multi-factor authentication should be required for accessing sensitive areas and transactions, help reduce the security risk.
