Online resources: Dissertation note: Undergraduate Feasibility Study Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Major in Financial Management University of Rizal System Binangonan 2022 Summary: This study was conducted to determine the feasibility of establishing a Korean Restaurant in Sampaloc Tanay, Rizal. The study used descriptive method and self-made questionnaire in gathering information. Specially, it sought to find out the location, the salary, the age and the willingness of the respondents to visit and eat in a Korean Restaurant in Sampaloc Tanay, Rizal. The subject of the study is the tourist of Sampaloc that served as the respondents with a total of 100 sampling technique. The study revealed that most of the respondents ranges from ages 18 to 25 years old, and with an earning of ten thousand pesos (PHP 10,000.00) monthly that are mostly from National Capital Region and 83.9 percent from the respondents are willing to visit and dine in a Korean restaurant located in Sampaloc Tanay, Rizal. The study showed that Koresto Buddy will be feasible and profitable for the first year of business operation as well as for it's another five-year based on the prepared computed Financial Reports. The common problems of the business that might also be encountered or the actual operation of the business are shortage of suppliers of raw ingredients due to unavoidable circumstances, increasing price of raw ingredients due to unstable economic condition, tough competition arises from other similar business in Tanay located in commercial areas, and increasing demand for manpower in peak season. In line with these projected problems, proponents should be aware of the present economic condition of the area, effective marketing should be extended through advertising in social media accounts and giving interesting promos. Improvement of customer service and customer's satisfaction must be prioritized in order to be patronized in the long run, and a posting of job vacancy for seasonal offer must be made.
