The aim of the study was to determine the influence of disciplinary measures employed by parents on the study habits of Grade 10 students in University of Rizal System Tanay. The respondents of the study consisted of 69 Grade 10 students from two sections of the Laboratory School. The researcher used the descriptive method of research. The study utilized questionnaire checklist in gathering the data needed. While in analysis and interpretation of data were aided with the use of frequency, percentage, mean and one-way Anova. Salient findings of the study were as follows: majority of the respondents were mostly in the youngest group, female who belong to a family that earns an above average of monthly income and most of the parents have graduated in college. Respondents view child counselling as one of the disciplinary measures that often influence their study habits and there is no significant difference regardless of profile except in terms of age for child counselling and for the monthly family income, giving rewards and child counselling also have significant difference. Based on the findings of the study, the following recommendations were hereby given: the parents are encouraged to be more open to communicating with their children, avoid imposing punishment, they may sometimes give rewards, attend seminars to have a better knowledge on how they can contribute to the success of their children's study habits and a similar study be conducted.
