The respondents were managers, supervisors and staff of selected hotels, bars, restaurants, spa and resort in Antipolo City. The researchers used questionnaire checklist as their instrument to find out the level of implementation on risk reduction management in their establishment. The statistical treatment used were frequency, mean and ANOVA. Based on the profile of the respondents of the selected hospitality industries in Antipolo city in terms of sex, male obtained the highest frequency of 36. In terms of age, 21-30 and 31-40 got the same frequency of 29. In terms of educational attainment BT-HRM got the highest frequency of 34. In terms of position staff got the highest frequency of 50. In terms of monthly family income 10001-15000 got the highest frequency of 29. The weighted mean and verbal interpretation of the level of implementation of risk reduction management policies among the selected hospitality industry in Antipolo City in terms of food poisoning (4.48). Major physical injuries (4.45) natural calamities (4.27), terrorism (4.33) and crimes (4.49) got the same verbal interpretation of excellent. The profile of the respondents was significant in terms of position and monthly family income and got significant in terms of sex, age and educational attainment. Based on the analysis and interpretation of the data gathered, it has been recommended that proper attention should be observed by the hospitality industries to prevent food poisoning, all the facilities in the establishment should have alarm system to avoid major physical injuries and the establishment should be fully secured ER -
