TI - Leadership styles of the managers of jollibee corporation in montalban and san mateo rizal AV - LG 221.R59 L469 2013 N1 - Undergraduate Thesis N2 - The study was conducted to determine the leadership styles of the managers of Jollibee Corporation in Montalban and San Mateo, Rizal It was conducted during the second semester of school year 2012-2013 The respondents of the study were 50 employees of Jollibee Corporation The study utilized Descriptive Method which is deemed most appropriate usang questionnaire checklist as a data gathering instrument. The findings of the study revealed that the profile of respondents in terms of Age most of them were 20 years old with a frequency of 17 or 34 0 percent, while 26 and 27years old both obrasnod the last frequency of 1 or 2.1) peroes, in toties of ses amie respondents has a frequency of 14 or 60 percent while 16 Or 32.0 percent are female With regards to Leadership Styles of the Managers in terms of Astocratiestyle obtained an average of 39.27 and verbally interpreted as Agree. He does not inform his member degrading the project of the cooperative ranked the highest with a weighted mon of 4.40. whilelises of authority and title sa hide certains shortcoming because he feels msecure got the least mean of 3.52 and verbally interpreted as Agree which ranked last. Both items were verbally interpreted as Agrec As to Democratic Style, the leadership style of the managers of Jollibee Corporation in Montalban and San Mateo obtained an average mean of 3.75 Indeed, He makes his members aware of their importance and implications of their performance got the highest mean of 2.45 while Draws ideas and suggestion from the Group Consultation obtained the least mean of 2.09 All items are verbally interpreted as Agree In variables of Autocratic and Democratic, the computed F value of 1.28 and 1.34 are greater than the tabular value of 27 and 25 at 05 level of significance with 49 degree of freedom, therefore the null hypothesis that there is no significant difference in the assessed Study of Leadership Style of Manager in Jollibee Corporation in Montalban and San Mateo and age was failed to reject In the light of the findings, the following conclusions were drawn Majority of the respondents belonged to the age bracket of 20 years old, male, college level and service crew employees Autocratic leadership style was agree in general in a way that the managers in Jollibee Corporation in Montalban and San Mateo should allow their employees to appraise their own work and use their full authority to organize their organization.
