The descriptive method of research is a fact finding study with adequate and accurate interpretation of objective The results were tallied, computed and interpreted using the appropriate statistical treatment. Frequency, percentage distribution and ranking were used to determine the profile of respondents in terms of sex, age, position, civil status, and length of service.
