N2  - This study aimed to know the Level of Job Satisfaction of Employees in International Business Machine (IBM) at Commonwealth, Quezon City. Job Satisfaction is an attitude, the clearly distinguish the objects of cognitive evaluation which are affect emotion, beliefs and behaviors employee's attitudes will form towards their jobs by taking into account our feelings, our belief and our behaviors. There were One Hundred (100) Respondents, specifically; Seventy (70) Agent, Ten (10) Supervisor, Three (3) Manager, Five (5) Team coach and Twelve (12) Other Positions. It was conducted during the first semester of School year 2011-2012. The study used Descriptive method. This method of research is a fact- finding study with adequate and accurate interpretation of objectives. The researchers used the Questionnaire Checklist which was presented and validated by the experts. It utilized Questionnaire Checklist
