The study was conducted to the undergraduate students of BS-Psychology from University of Rizal System in year 2011-2017. It was focused on the Status of On-the-Job training among BS-Psychology IV. The researcher made use of descriptive survey method of research and questionnaire - checklist as tools in gathering data. Purposive sampling was used to identify the number of the respondents. A total of 58 respondents accordingly from year 2011-2017 graduated students of BS-Psychology from University of Rizal System, Tanay Main Campus were chosen to be the respondents of the study. Frequency, percentage and rank were the statistical tools used in the study. The salient findings of the study were as follows: Respondents from the bracket of 25-27 years old got the highest frequency among the respondents with 22 and 21-24 years old with the frequency of 21, most of the respondents are female and most of them are single. Most of the respondent's parents belong to college level. The respondents considered the OJT program in Bachelor of Science in Psychology as Much Effective, having Course Requirements at edge followed by Cooperation among Government and Private Agencies, Evaluation Tools and Time Allotment all are verbally interpreted as Very Much Effective and Information Dissemination of Policies and Guidelines are interpreted as Much Effective and Interpersonal Relationship as Effective. In the analysis of variance on the evaluation of the Status of On-the-Job Training of Bachelor of Science in Psychology the results shows that there is no significance in terms of Age, Sex, Civil Status and Parents Educational Attainment. Based on the findings the researchers came up with the following conclusions: Most respondents belong to age of 25-27 years old has frequency of 22 graduates and most of the respondents are female. Majority of the respondents are single, and with parents who obtained college level. The OJT for Bachelor of Science in Psychology is very much effective, therefore contributory to the employability of the Bachelor of Science in Psychology graduates. Respondents' personal characteristics are not contributory to their perception about status of on-the-job training for Bachelor of Science in Psychology. Based on the findings the researchers recommended that the professors and head of the Psychology department are encouraged to attend more seminars including career orientations and labor code for them to know what are the do's and don'ts. The University may allow the students to conduct visitation on different Mental Institution for them to observe and learn more of what they can do during their On-The-Job Training which can help them to gain knowledge that they can use during their On-the-Job Training. The College Of Science and Education may continue to build and develop future Psychology students who have positive outlook and are able to communicate with the new environment that they're going to encounter during their On-The-Job Training. The university should also provide an On-the-Job Training Handbook to be the guide of the students during their On-The-Job Training. And lastly for the future researchers who will conduct the same study may they improve all the weaknesses of this study.
