This study aimed to determine the level of Implementation of R.A 6713 "An Act Establishing a Code of Conduct and Ethical Standards for Public Officials and Employees" in the Department of Agriculture at Elliptical Road, Diliman, Quezon City. The respondents of the study were 75 employees and 100 clients. It was conducted during the first semester of school year 2014-2015. The study used descriptive survey. This method was designed to represent the respondents in a more accurate way. It refers to research studies of the characteristics of persons and situations. The researchers used the questionnaire checklist as the primary tool in gathering the needed data which it was presented and validated by experts
On the profile of the clients, the findings showed that ninety (90) were male and ten (10) were female with regard to their age, twenty-six (26) or 47.27 percentage were between 56 years old and above. In the number of times visited, three (3) times top among the others with a frequency of 20 or 47.62 percent.
