EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: This study aimed to create an Improvised Toe Aligner which could contribute on the development of the automotive industry. It was conducted at University of Rizal System Morong Rizal during 2014 -2015. Specifically it will make work easier and faster for the end user such as instructor and students. The design of the device is more on its application by considering the safety, durability, usefulness and functionality of the project. In conducting this study the researchers used developmental and descriptive method of research. In doing this study, two groups of respondents were selected by the researchers for evaluation of the project. The first group of evaluators includes five (5) automotive experts and the other group of evaluators includes thirty (30) automotive students from the University of Rizal System Morong, Rizal. Based on the evaluation of the Improvised Toe Aligner, the researchers concluded that the device can be used to align Toe in and Toe out of the vehicle front wheels. The Improvised Toe Aligner has a long frame and adjustable pointers that can be operated by one person, the device will serve as instructional too in the automotive shop and must be cleaned before using it to prevent dirt that can affect the accuracy of the device.
