The production of Rizaleños Milkfish Siopao in Barangay Tabing-llog Tanay, Rizal is the innovation of siopao which originally came or introduced by the Chinese immigrant Ma Mon Luk here in the Philippines. The goal of this proposed business named "Rizaleños Milkfish Siopao" is to create new taste and give healthier siopao that is filled with milkfish rather than the siopao that we usually eat. The logo represents gratitude, quality, cleanliness, and hard work of every Rizaleños. The proposed business will be located at Yujuico St. Brgy. Tabing Ilog, Tanay Rizal. For the strategic way of managing the business, the proponents created formal organizational structure, which consisted of managers which are the proponents that will act as the cashier and the salesperson and three production workers. As for the salary, the production workers will have an allotted P50,400 for three months. The production worker should be knowledgeable when it comes to food processing and the most important thing is they are responsible and follow rules and regulations and the policies of the business. The proponents used the household of lower part of Tanay, Rizal with the growth rate 2.69%. When the proponents conducted a survey, 95 out of 100 respondents buy/eat siopao. This 95% will be multiplied by the number of household of the lower part of Tanay which is 18,010 and the answer will be multiplied to the number of respondents who are willing and able to buy Rizaleños Milkfish Siopao which is 89% and the answer will be the total target demand of the business. The projected market share of competitor is about 17% while Rizaleños is 7%, while the unsatisfied rate remaining is 76% that need to be sustained. There are 290 pieces of siopao that will be produced in every other day. With that the proponents will use 15 days of production monthly and 180 days yearly. The variety of Rizalenos Milkfish Siopao are the following: asado, adobo and bola-bola. The proponents will have a share of 33%, 34%, 33%, respectively that will be borrowed from the bank for the capital startup of the proposed business. Rizaleños Milkfish Siopao will give contribution to the economy, industry, community, and employees which is a good way of helping others. When it comes to pre-operating period, proponents follow the schedule for the proper planning. As it end, the firm is open for feedbacks and recommendation for good services of customers. The proposed business project cost is 338,440.00 will gain its return on investment of 22.20% on the first year of operation and will have 11 months and 5 days payback period. Based on the information, data, and survey results gathered, the proponents concluded that the business/project proposal is viable and feasible to enter the market. As per the technical operation and production management and different marketing strategies were applied.
