This study primarily aimed to assess the Stress Management Practices and Delivery of Services of Rural Health workers in Tanay, Rizal Calendar year 2018. The subject of the study were 133 Rural Health workers and 180 patients or clients in different barangays in Tanay, Rizal. A validated questionnaire-checklist was used to gather and determine data consisted of three parts; the first part of the instrument deals with the profile of the respondents in terms of sex, age, civil status, highest educational attainment, number of years in service and monthly salary, while the second part deals with Stress Management with respect to Action oriented, Emotional oriented and Acceptance oriented; and the last part deals with the Delivery of Services with respect to Quality, Attitude, Efficiency and Timeliness. The data gathered were treated with the use of frequency, percentage and rank distribution, weighted mean and T-test. The findings of the study revealed that majority of the Rural Health workers in Tanay, Rizal were female married, 36-45 years old, college graduate, 10 years and below in service, earning an average monthly salary of 10,000.00 and below. With regard to the extent of Stress Management Practices of Rural Health workers, majority of the respondents often practiced maintaining their well-being through their healthy lifestyle. However, making initial move by an action to the problem in a much positive wat rather than emotional and acceptance related steps. As to the extent on the Delivery of Services, Rural Health Workers delivered much health services with respect to quality, attitude, and efficiency they satisfied their clients or patients expectation, consistently, and positively. With respect to timeliness patient or client assessed that health worker has ability to work at the right time. There was a significant difference on the Delivery of Services in Tanay, Rizal as assessed by the two groups of respondents with respect to Quality, Attitude, and Efficiency while there was no significant difference with respect to Timeliness of delivery of services.
