The subject of the study was the Social Security System represented by 100 members. They were randomly selected by the researchers.  Descriptive Method of research was utilized in this study. The researchers used the following Statistical Treatment; the Frequency and Percentage Distribution, and Ranking were used to determine the profile of the respondents in terms of sex, nature of membership, number of years as member of Social Security System and civil status for better results and accuracy of interpretation of the gathered data. <br/><br/><label>Subjects--Topical Terms: </label><br/><br/><label>LC Class.
