N2  - This study aimed to know the financial services of Government Service Insurance System and how this can be further improved to support the institution's ability to fulfil its mandate. The subject of this study was the GSIS represented by the one hundred (100) government employees who answered the questionnaire-checklist provided by the researchers. This study was conducted in Rodriguez, Rizal.  Descriptive Method of research was utilized in this study. For better result and accuracy of interpretation of the gathered data, the researchers used the following Statistical Treatment, the frequency and Percentage Distribution, and ranking was utilized to know the profile of the respondents, weighted mean and One-way ANOVA were also used
