This invorved 4 HR manager of govemment agencies with the utilization of qualitative method of research. The researchers conducted an Interview using a validated guide question. Analysis of results were derived from the abstracted data. Based on the information gathered the following findings were drawn Different agencies had different privileges and benefits. These were Leave Privileges examples like Sick Leave, Matomity Leave and Vacation Leave Medical Assistance. Bus Shuttle Service, and the Dormitory. Opportunity to receive the following awards, National Award like Dangaing Bayan Award and PAG-ASA Award, Agency Level Award. Model Employee Award and Most Punctual Employees and Magna Carta for Science and Technology Personnel. Retirement Award and Loyalty Award Since they are all government agencies, the implementation of their privileges and benefits were based on common rules and procedure. Lack of fund was the most prevailing concerns and issues raised by the respondents Based on the findings revealed in the study, the researches draw the following conclusions: Mandated and non-mandated privileges are government's initiative for the welfare of the employees Privileges and benefits are implemented based on the existing laws covering government employees. Budget allocation for government agencies is not enough to fund the privileges and benefit of the employees ER -
