Name of the Project

The proposed name of the project will be INTERESTO (Internet Cafe and Restaurant) that came from combination of two businesses itself. Wherein, "INTER" stands for internet where the prospect clients could spend their leisure time and do their assignments and projects and "RESTO" for restaurant where people can buy different quality foods, desserts and beverages that suits to their taste.

Type of Business Organization

The proponents agreed to form a partnership. It classified as "limited partnership", where the partners could either be limited and general partner.

A Limited Partner shall be liable to the extent of the contribution to the limited partnership only. And one of the partners must be a general partner to assume the partnership and paid liability.

Location of the Project

The partners agreed that the INTERESTO will be established at E. Rodriguez, Highway Manggahan, Rodriguez, Rizal. The business will cater the needs and wants of students as well as nearby residents of Manggahan and San Jose proper
