N2  - This study aimed to know the health and safety policy of E. Rodriguez Fire Station. The subjects of the study were the fire fighters of E. Rodriguez Fire Station who represented as respondents.

This study used Documentary Analysis and Descriptive Method of research to answer the questions posted earlier.

For the better results and accurate interpretation of the gathered data, the following statistical treatments were used in order to answer the specific questions of the study. To determine the adequacy of the personnel protective equipment and Operational Equipment, the frequency was used.
