This study aimed to determine the Factors Affecting employability rate of Human Resource Development Management graduates.

It was conducted with forty-five (45) respondents: fourteen (14) from University of Rizal System, sixteen (16) from ICCT Colleges, and fifteen (15) from Colegio De Montalban.

The study utilized the descriptive method of research with the use of the validated questionnaire checklist as the main instrument in gathering data. The questionnaire used in the study consisted of three parts, the first part was the letter to the respondents, the second part enclosed the profile of the respondents, and the last part contained comments and recommendation to the study.

The acquired result from the study was computed and interpreted using the appropriate statistical treatment. The Frequency and Percentage Distribution were used to determine the profile of the respondents. To know the Factors Affecting employability rate of Human Resource Development Management Graduates Computed Mean was utilized. To establish the significant difference on the Factors Affecting employability rate of Human Resources Development graduates when they were grouped according to their profile T-test and one-way Anova were applied.
