This study aimed to determine the standard qualifications in hiring non-teaching personnel in selected private schools. The respondents of this study were the thirty (30) selected private schools. Descriptive research was utilized in this study.
In order to obtain better results and accurate interpretation, the researchers used the following statistical treatment: The profile of the respondents, frequency, percentage and rank distribution were used. Standard qualifications of non-teaching personnel in the schools, Mean was used. To determine the significant differences between the profile of school and the standard qualifications in hiring non-teaching personnel, one-way ANOVA was utilized

From the gathered data the following were the findings, on the profile of the schools, among all the private schools who participated in the study, Roosevelt College High School department had the highest in terms of student population with 1,123 students. In terms of hiring non-teaching personnel top among the standards qualifications have earn a bachelor's and masteral degree, Have interpersonal skills to school personnel and Have a working knowledge of MS office application. They had the same mean of 4.86. In terms of cashier, top among them was Be possesses at least Vocational Diploma/ short term course certificate, bachelor's degree with a mean of 4.83. In terms of librarian, Have bachelor's degree or master's degree in library science or information topped among the qualifications with a mean of 4.76. In terms of Secretary, top among the qualifications have bachelor's degree related to office administration/computer secretary with a mean of 4.80.
