The research was<br/>conducted during Calendar Year 2024. It involved one hundred respondents with 57 female and 43 Male respondents. The descriptive type of research was used<br/>and it utilized a questionnaire checklist. This method is the most appropriate in determining the factors that affect the perception of the respondents in terms of customer satisfaction with the services in Binangonan, Rizal.
