N2  - This study explores the marketing management practices of selected appliance stores in Binangonan, Rizal, focusing on how these businesses attract and retain customers amid a dynamic and competitive retail environment.
Grounded in the 7 Ps of marketing Product, Price, Place, Promotion, People, Process, and Physical Evidence the research aims to assess the effectiveness of strategies from both business and customer perspectives. Using a descriptive method, data were gathered through surveys of 112 respondents,
including store managers, staff, and customers, across eight appliance stores.
