Billedo PY - 2025/// N1 - Feasibility Study N2 - This study aimed to determine the Foundations of Financial Management Applied by Samgyeopsal Restaurants in the First Class Municipalities of Rizal Province in terms of proper cash management, source of finance, and financial control. The researchers employed a descriptive research method, considered the most appropriate for identifying the foundations of financial management. Convenience sampling was used to ensure accessibility and applicability, targeting first class municipalities, including Cainta, Taytay, Angono, Binangonan, and Tanay. Information was gathered through a questionnaire checklist, collecting data from 21 registered samgyeopsal restaurants, represented by their owner or manager and verified through the Business Permit and License Office of the respective municipalities. The collected data were computed and interpreted using frequency percentage, rank distribution, weighted mean, and one-way ANOVA. The majority of respondents were young to adult, female, and married, with most being college graduates and owners of samgyeopsal restaurants operating for 1-2 years. Furthermore, these restaurants typically operated for 1-2 years, with working hours extending to 9 hours and above. Additionally, most were sole proprietorships, employing 6 or above workers, and relied on personal savings for funding, with initial and present capitalizations exceeding 500,001 - above. Moreover, their monthly expenses were 300,000 - below, while their monthly incomes were TRONIZING BUY TAY, RIZAL 300,001 and above ER -
