It aims to assess the sources of revenue, including taxation, public-private partnerships (PPP), service fees and charges, and grants and donations. The study analyzes the effectiveness of these revenue streams and the challenges faced by barangays in financial sustainability. Data were collected from barangay officials through a questionnaire and analyzed using statistical methods such as frequency distribution and one-way ANOVA. Findings reveal that public-private partnerships, taxation, and service fees are the most significant sources of revenue, while grants and donations play a secondary role. Challenges such as environmental constraints, dependency on the Internal Revenue Allotment (IRA), and inefficient tax collection were identified as key barriers to financial stability. The study concludes that improving tax enforcement, enhancing transparency in PPP agreements, and strengthening donor engagement are essential for optimizing revenue generation practices.
