N2  - This undergraduate feasibility study aimed to determine the feasibility of the 
Establishment of Plant-based Tofu Nuggets in Binangonan, Rizal, and aims to 
provide a comprehensive understanding of the venture's financial, market, and 
operational aspects. 
Tofu Nuggets are plant-based food products manufactured from soybean 
curd, offering a meatless alternative to chicken nuggets. These nuggets have 
gained significant popularity as a substitute due to their nutritional profile, which is 
rich in protein, fiber, and essential minerals. Incorporating Squash, Carrots, and 
Malunggay enhances the product's nutritional value by providing additional 
vitamins and micronutrients. The Establishment of Plant-Based Tofu Nuggets in Binangonan, Rizal, 
operates under a sole proprietorship type of ownership. The owner of the proposed 
company is Ms. Tisha Taguimacon, a resident of Binangonan, Rizal, who will 
function as a powerhouse for the business and its employees. The proponents 
decided to have a total of $300,000.00 as her initial investment in the business. 
In gathering the data needed for the feasibility study, the researchers used 
a Google Form and a questionnaire to conduct a survey in Don Jose Ynares Sr. Memorial National High School, Margarito Duavit Memorial National High School, 
Vicente Madrigal National High School, Mahabang Parang National High School, 
Binangonan Elementary School, Calumpang Elementary School, Dona Susana 
Madrigal Elementary School, and Darangan Elementary School to know whether 
the young people were willing to buy Plant-based Tofu Nuggets. The total 
population is 30,263. 
As a result, the total percentage who are willing to buy Plant-based Tofu 
Nuggets is 92%. This implies that the majority of students from Public Schools in 
Binangonan, Rizal, are interested in purchasing Plant-based Tofu Nuggets. In terms of demand and supply, the annual demand for the Establishment of Plant- 
based Tofu Nuggets is 27,842. The yearly supply of the Establishment of Plant- 
based Tofu Nuggets is 13,824. The demand and supply will increase by 5% every 
year. There were six packs of Plant-based Tofu Nuggets per school. 
The Establishment of Plant-Based Tofu Nuggets operates from 5 am to 1 
pm, Monday to Saturday. The establishment prepares a batch of Plant-based Tofu 
Nuggets in advance, meaning the ones produced on Saturday will be sold on 
Monday and will continue for the rest of the week. 
The researchers' asked the schools what their preferred delivery times are. 
The schools of Mahabang Parang National High School, Binangonan Elementary 
School Calumpang Elementary School need to be delivered every 6:00-8:00 am 
for their morning students and the schools of Don Jose Ynares Sr. Memorial 
National High School, Margarito Duavit Memorial National High School, Vicente 
Madrigal National High School, Dona Susana Madrigal Elementary School, and 
Darangan Elementary School provides a time of 9:00-11:00 am for their afternoon 
students. 
The Establishment of Plant-Based Tofu Nuggets is necessary to obtain a local business license and register with the relevant government agencies. A 
Business and Mayor's permit must be secured to legally operate within the 
municipality. Furthermore, health and sanitary permits are required to ensure 
compliance with regulatory standards for product safety and quality prior to 
distribution in the market. 
The researchers' conducted a financial analysis as part of the study. In the 
Profitability Ratio, the net profit margin shows 14% in year 1 to 22% in year 5, 
which signifies positive financial performance and management effectiveness, 
suggesting that the company is on a trajectory of improved profitability and 
financial strength. In Return on Investment, the payback period is less than a year, 
and the return on investment is 2.92 times.
