The researchers wanted to find out the significant relationship of music and math, by applying the ratio to every note that they encounter. This study aimed to find the equivalent frequency (Hz), wavelength and the ration interval of each note. The researchers used a mathematical theorem, using the principle of Pythagoras which is the Pythagorean Theorem for solving the ratio interval and Tempered Scale Method for Solving the Frequency(Hz) and wavelengths. To make the research certain, the researchers discussed to their adviser and asked some advice on how to apply the theorem in the study. The actual data with the derived theorem can find the equivalence of frequency(Hz) the wavelength and the ratio interval applied to a music piece. This was made possible with the used of Pythagorean method and theorem and Tempered Scale Method. Based on the summary of findings, the study concluded that in finding the Frequency, the result obtained that the higher the pitch, the higher the frequency in finding the equivalent of each notes in URS Hymn, unlike in finding the wavelength, the higher the pitch the lower the wavelength. By the virtue of the preceding summary of findings and conclusions, further study can be conducted using Pythagorean Theorem in other situations. Parallel studies can be conducted using other theorem music as basis ER -
