N2  - EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:  This study primarily aimed to design and develop a Voice-Operated Coffee Vendo. Specifically, it targeted to perform try-out and revision and determine the level of performance of the Voice-Operated Coffee Vendo in terms of dispensing time, response time and mixture standard. It also determines its acceptability in terms of design, functionality, usefulness, safety and maintainability.  This study was conducted during SY 2023-2024 with the evaluators of the device from the University of Rizal System Morong campus; it purposively selected ten (10) Electronics and Electrical experts and twenty (20) end-users from the mentioned university. Also, the researchers used a questionnaire-checklist to collect data from the research respondents.  The research method of Voice-Operated Coffee Vendo was developed using developmental, experimental, and descriptive methods to understand the current state of voice operated vending machines, to test hypotheses and interventions and to innovate and improve machine features, collectively aiming to comprehensively explore and enhance the technology.  The Voice-Operated Coffee Vendo was developed using locally available materials with proper planning, designing, diagramming, tools, selection of materials, checking and testing, and taking into account the appropriate program. It underwent try-outs and revision, and defects found were remedied until it reached the functionality of output.  The level of performance in terms of dispensing time, the device is extremely fast. In terms of response time, the results indicates that the device is very fast. And also, in terms of mixture standard, the device is extremely accurate. Moreover, on the level of acceptability it was found out that the device is extremely acceptable in terms of design, functionality, usefulness safety, maintainability.  The study concluded that the developed Voice-Operated Coffee Vendo was within standards level in terms of dispensing time, response time and mixture standard. Also, it is confirmed the highest level of acceptability in terms design, functionality, usefulness, safety, and maintainability
