This study is a literary analysis on the biography of Eulogio "Yoyong" S. Rodriguez Jr., a prominent politician of the municipality of Rodriguez (Montalban), Rizal. This study was conducted during the Academic Year 2023-2024. This study aimed to determine the personal background of Eulogio "Yoyong" S. Rodriguez Jr. It also shows his life influenced to the local history of Rodriguez (Montalban), one of the municipalities of Rizal. Furthermore, it also identifies his contribution in various aspects such as political, socio-cultural, economic, and education.
