Thesis.
This study focused on determining the perception of the respondents on the Socio-Physical Status of St. Therese of the Child Jesus Diocesan Shrine and Pansh in Antipolo City It was conducted in the school year 2014 to 2015 at Antipolo City. The researchers applied the descriptive method of research particularly utilized survey technique to achieve the objective of the study. The subject of the study involved the church goers of St. Therese of the Child Jesus Diocesan Shrine and Parish having a total of 50 respondents. Systematic Random sampling technique was used to gather the data of the study. The problem was answered using statistical tools such as Frequency. Percentage and Rank Distribution, Mean, Standard Deviation and One way Analysis of Variance (ANOVA). The findings revealed that based on the profile of the respondents, majority are 25 years old and above, female, married and residents of Antipolo City. As to the perception of the respondents specifically related to Social attributes and Physical features of St. Therese of the Child Jesus Diocesan Shrine and Parish, an outstanding perception was obtained. In terms of significant difference between the profile of the respondents, the researchers found out that their profile such as age, sex, civil status and place of residency has nothing to do with the perception of the respondents. The study found out that there is no significant difference on the perception of the respondents on the Socio-Physical Status of St. Therese of the Child Jesus Diocesan Shrine and Parish in Antipolo City with respect to Social Attributes and Physical Features in terms of the respondents' age, sex, civil status and place of residency Based on results of the study, it showed that the respondents are satisfied with the social attributes and physical features of St. Therese of the Child Jesus Diocesan Shrine and Parish However, specific concerns are about provision of additional seats to accommodate greater number of church goers. Seating capacity of the church needs to improve. In addition, maintenance of the outside landscape of the church needs to be organized for better attraction. The architectural design of the church should also be preserved for the future generation.
