The subjects of the study were the 30 graduates of Diploma in Computer Secretarial from University of Rizal System Antipolo Campus. They were described according to Age, Sex, Civil Status, Status of Appointment and Time Spent in Finding a Job and the selected variables such as Compensation and Benefits, Working Condition and Human Relation. Questionnaire-checklist was the principal instrument utilized by the researchers in gathering the data and descriptive type of research was the methodology adopted in this study. As to the result of the study, in terms of age, majority of the respondents are 18-21 years old. In terms of sex, almost all of the respondents are female. In terms of civil status, majority of the respondents were single. In terms of status of appointment, majority of the respondents were casual/contractual employees. In terms of the time spent in finding a job, majority of the respondents find their job after 1 to 2 months. The result further indicates that the respondents are very much satisfied with the compensation and benefits they are receiving in the company where they are working. In terms of working conditions majority of the respondents considered the work place as very well ventilated favorable to them. It shows that the respondents perceived that they did not see any problem with the human relations in the workplace. On the significant difference on the level of work satisfaction of the respondents, it reveals that in terms of age, variable like compensation and benefits, working condition and human relation do not contribute in the work satisfaction of DCS graduates. In terms of sex variables, like compensation and benefits, working condition, and human relation are not contributing on the level of work satisfaction of DCS graduate. In terms of civil status, variable like compensation and benefits working condition, and human relation are not contributing the level of work satisfaction of DCS graduate. In terms of status of appointment variable like compensation and benefits working condition and human relation are not contributing on the level of work satisfaction of DCS graduate. In terms of time spent in finding a job variable like compensation and benefits working condition and human relation are not contributing on the level of work satisfaction of Diploma in Computer Secretarial graduates. Based on the findings and the result of the study it can be concluded that the respondents have favourable compensation and benefits, working condition and good human relation in their workplace as revealed in the results obtained in this study. Based on the findings and conclusion of the study the following recommendations are offered: The students must join seminars and trainings to further enhance their skills as well as their personalities: they should continue developing good human relations with other people to develop favourable work relations and good working environment in the workplace, and further studies are recommended for future researcher utilizing other variables.
