MyPaninda.com is an e-commerce and service platform designed to provide an international online marketplace for Filipino businesses. The company was founded by five co-founders with expertise in technology, business, and marketing, each contributing their skills and capital. The business operates as a corporation with an initial investment of Php 8,000,000, primarily funded by CEO Roberto Gelacio and his wife, Mavi Gelacio The concept for MyPaninda.com originated during the COVID-19 pandemic as a response to the challenges faced by small businesses. Initially launched as "Smart-Shop," the platform evolved into MyPaninda com with a refined strategy incorporating incentives and franchise marketing. The platform aims to support SMEs by offering a digital marketplace that is cost-effective and user-friendly. - The study was conducted among the one hundred fifty-four (154) respondents who are members of the cooperative, consisting of retired and active military and civilian personnel of the Philippine Navy. A researcher-made survey questionnaire was administered to measure the knowledge and attitudes of the members in terms of Budgeting, Savings, Investment, and Expenses. The study also tests the hypothesis of whether there is a significant difference in the financial literacy of the members of N2NISFSACCO of the Philippine Navy in relation to their profiles and financial behaviors with respect to their primary and similarly important expenditures. Using a scale of 1 to 5 (with 5 being the highest) accompanied by a verbal interpretation ranging from least literate to very much literate, the findings of the study indicated that the financial literacy level of the members of Cooperative regarding Budgeting, Savings, Investment, and Expenses is "Much Literate". Conversely, the results regarding the significance differences in financial literacy among members of the cooperative, in relation to their profiles, showed that Budgeting, Savings, Investment, and Expenses did not significantly affect the financial literacy levels of the members. This indicates that there were more "Not Significant" verbal interpretations than "Significant," meaning the sample evidences were not strong enough to warrant the rejection of the null hypothesis.
