A descriptive-evaluative research design was utilized to assess the teachers' assessment of the school heads' leadership styles. Data were gathered through survey questionnaires and unstructured interviews to allow respondents to express their insights regarding the leadership styles of school heads. The study was conducted in selected secondary schools in Cluster Baras, Cardona, Morong, and Teresa (BCaMT) District, Division of Rizal. The respondents comprise 250 teachers with ranks of I to Ill. A simple random sampling technique was used to ensure the validity of results by reducing potential selection bias.
