This study aimed to know the problems met in the implementation of Health and Wellness Program at Philippine Heart Center. The respondents of the study came from different departments, 7 from Preventive Cardiology, 3 from 1B Nursing service, 2 from Nursing, 1 from Auxiliary services, 1 from Public Relation Office, 1 from Budget Division Billing Section, 1 from Dietary and 1 from Nuclear Medicine. The researchers used the descriptive research with the qualitative approach in gathering data to answer the objective of the study. Whereas, they formulated the guide questions for a one on one interview. From the gathered data, the following findings were drawn: On the profile of the respondents, In terms of department, most of the respondents came from Preventive Cardiology Division; In terms of Length of Service, 7 or 41.18 percent have been serving the agency for 21 to 30 years. In terms of position, some were research specialist, research analyst, communication equipment operator and clerk. On the problems met in the implementation of the Health and Wellness Program, In terms of annual health assessment, they did not have much time to participate. In terms of fitness gym, aside from they did not have much time, they were having problems with fitness instructor and the agency had no enough gym equipment. In terms of dance/aerobic exercise class, they needed to go to malls for the session. In terms of sports fest/summer Olympic, lack of funds to defray their expenses particularly in having sport uniform. On the suggested solutions in the perceived problems: employees should continuously participate in the program on Health and Wellness brought them the initiative of the agency. In the light of foregoing findings, the following conclusions were drawn. Employees of Heart Center have contentment with their work. Indeed, most of them have been saving the agency for more than two decades. Commitments of the participants are important for the successful implementation of the proper on health and wellness program. Provision for better facilities, venue, and dance instructor are the common suggested solutions to the perceived problems. Based on the findings and conclusions the following recommendations are outlined for addressing identified as well as ways improving of implementing health and wellness program. Management of Philippine Heart Center. May encourage on the employees at the Philippine Heart Center to participate to Health and Wellness Program to ensure success of the program. Committee of the Health and Wellness Program. Can help them to assess what employee's needs in order to improve their body fit and continue their healthy body and improve the wellness program to attract more employees to participate. Future Researchers. May undertake similar study related on this research work using different sets of variables.
