The primary objective of the study is to find the perception of respondents regarding Municipal Government Equal Employment Opportunity for Persons with Disability in the First District in Rizal. The descriptive research method was utilized, employing a questionnaire checklist as the primary instrument for data collection. Through this approach, the research successfully gauged the perception of 49 pwd employees at Municipal Government in the First District in Rizal. Various statistical treatments, including frequency, percentage, and rank distribution, were employed to establish the profile of the respondents. The researchers used a weighted mean to determine the respondents' perception, and Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) was utilized to identify significant differences in the employee-respondents' perception regarding the Equal Employment Opportunities based on their personal profile. The findings regarding the personal profile of the respondents indicate that almost half fall within the age range of 33-37 years old, majority are male, and single in civil status. Additionally, less than half are high school graduates, and some of them are utility workers, and most have a length of service of 1-5 years. Moreover, the findings showed that equal employment opportunity practices in Municipal Govemment perceived by the respondents had gained a mean of 4.54, and with a verbal interpretation of " strongly agree". Notably, the variable establishing policies that prohibit discrimination obtain the first rank with a mean of 4.55 and a verbal interpretation of ' strongly agree". The variable equal access to training and development opportunities ranked next with a mean of 4.54 interpreted also as 'strongly agree". Lastly, the variable fair recruitment and selection process ranked third with a mean of 4.53 which was also interpreted as 'strongly agree". The study further revealed a significant difference in the perception of the respondents on Human Resource Management (HRM) practices based on several demographic variables. While perceptions of "Establishing Policies that Prohibit Discrimination* varied significantly with respondents' age, no significant differences were detected across any Human Resource Management (HRM) practices area based on sex or years of service. Educational attainment significantly impacted perceptions of "Fair Recruitment & Selection Processes" and "Establishing Policies that Prohibit Discrimination," while job position only significantly influenced perceptions of "Fair Recruitment & Selection Processes". Similarty, type of disability significantly impacted perceptions of "Fair Recruitment & Selection Processes" and "Establishing Policies that Prohibit Discrimination". Based on the findings of the study, the overall perception of the equal employment opportunity practices is positive. Although, there are specific areas, such as accessibility in application and interview facilities and accessibility of training programs to ensure that workers can have equal access, that may require attention and improvement based on the respondents' feedback and answer. The respondents acknowledge the equal employment opportunity practices perceived as positive feedback with it. But still, there are specific statements that should be given focus in order to ensure people with disabilities can have equal employment opportunities. Accordingly, the researchers recommend that the Municipal Government sustain, strengthen and continuously improve its existing practices that significantly contribute to promoting equal opportunity among employees, thereby fostering a more transparent, fair and inclusive workplace culture. Municipal Government in the First District of Rizal or other organization is encouraged to enhance workplace accommodations and accessibility, and expand their career and development programs to ensure the growth of PWDs Future researchers are encouraged to expand the scope of this study to provide deeper insight in best practices and challenges in implementing EEO for PWDs. The researchers proposed a Framework on Equal Employment Opportunity for Persons with Disability in which the Municipal Government in the First District in Rizal may consider adopting.
