Thesis

The study focused on the comparative analysis on the effectiveness of chicken manure and dried liquid commercial fertilizer on the growth of water flea (Moina macrocopa). The study used Standard Deviation in order to determine the growth rate of Moina macrocopa and to find the difference they used in the Analysis of Variance and T -test. Results showed that among the replicates treated with chicken manure replicate 4 obtained the highest mean of 123.88 and standard deviation of 46.61. Replicate 3 revealed better group of Moina macrompa in terms of grouping. On the ther hand treatment 2 which is dried liquid commercial fertilizer, replicate 4 also obtained the highest mean of 64.25 and standard deviation of 40.22 which revealed as the best replicate on the growth rate of Moina macrocopa. As to the results, the null hypothesis was rejected since based on the computation of analysis of variance there is a significant differences on the growth of Moina macrocopa treated with chicken manure and dried liquid commercial fertilizer. The findings revealed that chicken manure gives better results on the utilization of chicken manure as to the growth of Moina macrocopa.
