This research aimed to know the levels of speaking skills in English language of the freshman education students at University of Rizal System-Rodriguez and determine on which speaking skills students need to improve and which skills they are improving. Recently students are able to concentrate on the language-specific topics that they need to understand in order to master a particular skill when they learn English at the appropriate level. If they wanted to learn new grammar rules or improve your pronunciation, for instance, they practiced with activities designed for that level. if they wanted to learn new words and phrases, on the other hand, learners can work on cotrectly pronouncing specific sounds. They would be able to retain information more quickly and effectively with this kind of focused learning. Learning English at the right level also keeps them from repeating information. Other trends are learners attempted to tackle content that is beyond their current level, they be running the risk of becoming dissatisfied and making errors that could take longer to correct than if you had begun with content that is within the current level. On the other hand, if you only work with material that is too easy for their current level, you would waste time because you would not be sufficiently challenged to progress. In the end, you needed to learn English at the right level if you wanted to advance quickly and become fluent.

Leamers who are serious about learning English and want to became fluent have access to a number of advantages when they learn it at the appropriate level.
First and foremost, it enabled students to be focused on specific skills and subjects, allowing them to progressed more quickly and effectively than if they were simply studied random material, with that being the recent trends that English learners often issues This Quantitative research provides answers with the different statements of the problem suited for these trends, firstly to knew what are the profiles of the respondents in terms of, Sex, Language at home, Socio-economic status, Reading materials at home, GWA in first semester, and educational attainment of the parent.
Second is the level of speaking skills in terms of pronunciation, fluency, and vocabulary. And third is the correlation between the levels of speaking skills and the profile of the respondents The researcher used and distributed the survey questionnaires to all freshman college in English department along with taking short videos of them reading a short paragraph entitled "Daniel's Cradle" collected and analyzed it afterwards. The results for the first problem is majority of the respondents are female. The prevalence of bilingualism among respondents indicates a diverse linguistic environment at home, which could impact their language acquisition and proficiency, The results of the second problem is pronunciation emerged as a strength among respondents, possibly indicating focused language instruction or prior exposure to English-speaking environments. And the results of the last problem is the rejection of the hypothesis because there is a significant relationships observed between speaking proficiency levels and factors such as language spoken at home, availability of reading materials, and academic performance underscore their importance in shaping language proficiency outcomes. Overall evaluated levels of speaking proficiency in the English language among the respondents emerged to be that freshman education students at University of Rizal System-Rodriguez have advanced English speaking skills.
