This research aimed to evaluate the specific competencies and skills of BS Mathematics graduates that are valued by employers across different industries. It demonstrates that positive feedback from employers indicates that the University's BS Mathematics program effectively prepares students for the workforce. By conducting surveys with employers, the study seeks to identify the feedback of employers with the skill performance of Bachelor of Science in Mathematics graduate on their company/organization. This skill performance includes communication skills, information technology literacy, analytical and problem-solving abilities, work attitude, inter-personal skills, records keeping skills, management skills, and technical skill/required for the job.
