The findings in the study were used to assess the implementation of programs of the MSWDO during covid-19 pandemic; to help the office improve their existing programs and services. This research used a quantitative approach, specifically a descriptive method through the utilization of adapted questionnaires to the respondents by identifying and measuring the frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, and verbal interpretation of research questions. Based on the data gathered from the respondents the significant findings are hereby presented.
