EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: The study aimed to design and construct a Solar-Powered Automotive Push Cart, determine the level of acceptability in terms of design, usefulness, safety and maintenance, portability and durability. Lastly it is also aimed to determine the level of performance in terms of weight capacity. The study was conducted at the University of Rizal System Morong Campus located at Sumulong St. Barangay San Juan Morong Rizal during the school year 2022-2023 and 2023-2024. The respondents of the study were thirty (30) respondents composed of , ten (10) experts, which was consisted of four (4) automotive, three (3) mechanical, three (3) electrical and twenty (20) end users. They were chosen using purposive sampling. The Solar-Powered Automotive Push Cart was tested for operation where troubles are observed and revised. Through try-out and revisions made, the project reached the functional output and attained the project objective. Also, the proponents brainstormed to improve the design and functionality of the project. The study used the developmental, experimental and descriptive method with the modified questionnaire checklist validated by the experts was used as the main instrument in gathering the needed data. The design and construction of Solar-Powered Automotive Push Cart was done based on the information and ideas gathered through the existing studies, internet and unpublished thesis. The try-out and revision of the product was made. Several changes and test runs were carried out prior to the testing. The problems encountered during the testing were addressed and revised to achieve a better result and product. In terms of the weight capacity in kilograms of the Solar-Powered Automotive Push Cart, the drawers and table is extremely capable. Moreover, in the level of acceptability of Solar-Powered Automotive Push Cart in terms of design, usefulness, durability, portability, safety and maintenance is extremely accepted. With the tabulated data and conclusions as the bases the study recommends the solar panel wire can be extended up to 10 meter, and the structure of the table will ne widen and equal braking wheels to stop fully stop mobility of the push cart and lastly further study considering other suitable variables.
