Dissertation note: Undergraduate Thesis Bachelor of Secondary Education major in Social Studies University of Rizal System, Rodriguez, Rizal 2019 Summary: This study aimed to determine the Capability of Traffic Enforcers in Implementing the Ordinances in Rodriguez, Rizal. This was participated by twenty respondents from selected areas at Rodriguez, Rizal which is Brgy. San Jose and Brgy. Rosario. The researchers of this study utilized qualitative research, which is primarily exploratory research. It provides insight into the problem to help them to develop ideas for the topic concern. This also include a rationale that interviews permitted us to look for emerging themes from both the survey and from interview data, which could and the integration of databases at the interpretation of discussion stage of the report. From the gathered data, the following were the drawn findings: On the profile of cases in terms of age, the ages of the respondents were ranging 30-60 years old, In terms of sex of the respondents, there were seventeen males and three females' respondents, In terms of civil status, there were fifteen singles and five married, In terms of length of service, it ranged from three months to ten years, In terms of educational attainment, there were nineteen high school graduates and one college graduate, and In terms of training skills, they usually undergone trainings at MMDA or in MTMDO. The capabilities of traffic enforcers in implementing traffic ordinance in accordance to their trainings provided by the local government, by the length in service, by how long they lived in a community and also by their experiences and problems that they encountered in the field. Males are preferred as traffic enforcers; continued trainings and seminars that make the traffic enforcers capable in implementing traffic ordinance. The drivers, the attitude of violators, the acceptance of violators for their violations and the non-adherence to traffic rules and regulations are the common problem encountered by the traffic enforcers. Public promotion of the rules and regulation on enforcing traffic is the recommend solution to address problem in traffic Based on the summary of findings, the following conclusions were drawn: The capabilities of Traffic Enforcers are enough to implement Traffic Ordinances. The Traffic Enforcers underwent variety of trainings given by the Traffic Management to prepare them to handle any situation during work. In implementing traffic ordinance, they usually encountered common Traffic Violations such as No Parking, Illegal Parking, the Loading and Unloading, noise of mufflers and the accident in roadways. Traffic Enforcers solve conflicts by good communication and proper ticketing. In light of the foregoing findings and conclusions the following are recommended Municipal Transportation Management Development Office keep on finding ways and means enriching the Implementation of Traffic Ordinance, strengthen the traffic enforcer's capabilities into a modern strategy on dealing traffic problems to respond in public expectations and by giving them refreshing seminars monthly. Traffic Enforcers maintain the good practice in implementing Traffic Ordinance. Future Researchers conduct further and parallel studies in order to prove or disprove the result of this study.
