EXECUTIVE SUMMARY This research dives into the development of web-based instructional material in computer hardware servicing which can be used in teaching platforms. The researchers seek the different difficulties and struggles of students in learning computer hardware servicing and find out what to see the crucial factors in learning the subject. The researchers chose to focus on ICT major students since they are the one who can relate the most to the subject of this study. This study features and represents the 21 students from college education major in Information and Communication Technology in University of Rizal System Morong. The researchers conducted an online survey and made respondents answer relevant questions to further dive into the study through distribution of questionnaire checklist. After the data gathering, their answers were carefully studied and analyzed using the research methods and discussed afterward and highlighted the findings regarding the acceptability of the developed web- based instructional material in computer hardware servicing. Based on the findings the web-based instructional material is widely acceptable as an effective teaching tool, proving to be both useful and beneficial, particularly for ICT college students at URS Morong, as demonstrated by the evaluation methods used to assess its impact. In conclusion, the study demonstrated that the web-based instructional material for computer hardware servicing was well-received by its target users, highlighting its effectiveness in meeting user needs. The high acceptance of the material's functionality emphasizes the importance of designing tools that align with users' expectations and preferences. However, the relatively lower acceptance of its reliability indicates room for improvement. To optimize the tool's impact and overall effectiveness in educational settings, it is crucial to enhance both its functionality and reliability. By addressing these areas, the material can better.
