This study aimed to know the safety measures applied by the banks to address the adverse effects of identity theft. The subject of the study focused on the safety measures implemented by the banks in San Jose Rodriguez Rizal. The respondents were the 30 depositors, including the employees of 4 banks, with the total of 120 depositors and randomly selected by the researchers. The research instruments used were the questionnaire-checklist which was validated by the experts before the reproduction and distribution to the respective respondents. The researchers used Descriptive Method in the data-collection and gathering of information.
