The study used for industrial arts such as electricity and drafting. The study was undertaken at the University of Rizal System Taytay Campus during the School Year 2016-2017. The study used descriptive to determine the factors needed to be considered in designing and developing a Multi-Purpose Foldable Photovoltaic Solar Panel. The data gathered by the use of modified questionnaire prepared by the researchers were analyzed, statistically treated and interpreted. Based on the analysis of the gathered data, the following significant findings are hereby summarized. To determine the acceptability of Multi-Purpose Foldable Photovoltaic Solar Panel as assessed by the respondents in terms of Safety and Durability, Functions and Capabilities, Design and Appearance and Usability, weighted mean was used. Therefore, the evaluation of the two groups' respondents of the Multi-Purpose Foldable Photovoltaic Solar Panel in terms of Safety and Durability, Functions and Capabilities, Design and Appearance and Usability has no significant difference. Furthermore, the school administrator should encourage and support the faculty members and the students to develop different instructional material in their respective area of specialization to enhance features.
