It included designing of the project, performing try-out and revision, determining the level of acceptability and significant difference between Cart Lifter With Built-In Storage and Existing Cart Lifter, as evaluated by the respondents in terms of supportability, safety and maintainability, durability, functionality, and manageability. The project was evaluated by the respondents, consist of one group with different classifications. The respondents consist of two Automotive and three Mechanical Technology professors, ten Automotive Technology students and ten Mechanical Technology students, a total of 25 respondents. The gathered in the study were statistically treated using qualitative description, weighted mean, and t-test. The Cart Lifter with Built-In Storage was tested for operation where troubles are observed and revised. Through try-out and revisions made, the project reached the functional output and attained the project objective. Based on the results, as evaluated by the respondents, it was found out that the Cart Lifter with Built-In Storage was “Much Acceptable, while the Existing Cart Lifter was “Much Acceptable,” in terms of different variables. Furthermore, it was found out that there is no significant difference on the level of acceptability between the Cart Lifter with Built-In Storage and Existing Cart Lifter as evaluated by the respondents in terms of Supportability, Safety and Maintainability, Durability, Functionality, and Manageability. With the set of difficulties identified by the researchers, the cart lifter with built-in storage can be used to solve set of difficulties, in repairing car engines, transmission and parts. It can help the auto shops to work on a table while fixing various car problems, which the drawers can be used store, lift, transport and hide the tools. This can also bring comfort to the users in vehicle maintenance, repairs and inspections. Among the recommendations were hereby offered: The Lifter should be built made of lighter type of metal to become lighter. The drawer must have a lock and drawer slides, to secure things inside. The Cart Lifter with Built-In Storage must add support belt to secure things above the table. The rubber and plastic wheels can be replaced by metal caster wheels; the metal caster wheels can be equipped with locks to ensure stability of the device in inclined surfaces; the lever of the device can be fixed to ensure durability. Further study should conducted considering other variable.
