Dissertation note: GSTHESIS Master of Arts in Education Major in Educational Management University of Rizal System, Rodriguez, Rizal year of 2024 Summary: The Department of Education under the New Curriculum Enhanced Basic Education claims to produce job-ready and young entrepreneur TechVoc graduates. However, there are still many graduates who clamor and opt to proceed to college and continue higher education. This opens the idea to the researcher to determine the gaps in the said claim. The purpose of this study is to determine the employability of Senior High School graduates among 78 Technical-Vocational and Livelihood Track graduates from Don Alejandro Roces Senior Science and Technology High School from batch SY 2018 to 2019 and propose an enhanced curriculum plan that will strengthen the aim of TVL curriculum. It was conducted during the school years 2022-2023 and 2023-2024. This study is anchored with the Theory of Progressivism. The TVL leamers has given importance to experience and learn different skills in education. As stated by John Dewey in his book titled Experience and Education (1938) "There is an intimate and necessary relation between the processes of actual experience and education." (1938:7). This implies that exposing the learners with the necessary skills and knowledge needed will make them ready for job and lead them to employment.
