This study examined the effectiveness of Skills Competency Development on the employment outcomes of Tourism Management graduates from the University of Rizal System Antipolo Campus school years 2018 to 2024. It was conducted during school year 2024-2025. It assessed how National Competency Certifications (NC ll) in Tour Guiding Services, Travel Management Services, Front Office Services, and Event Management Services influenced graduates' employability, professionalism, workplace readiness, job satisfaction, and career advancement.
The study employed a descriptive-correlational design and collected data through structured questionnaires, key informant interviews, and secondary institutional documents. A total of 100 respondents were assessed based on age, sex, civil status, year graduated, and employment outcomes. Findings confirmed that NC ll certifications had significant effects on employment, work performance and career progression.
