Specifically, it seeks to explore the profile of employees the digital HR tools utilized, their impact on the efficiency of these tools based on demographic variables. The study utilized a descriptive research design, incorporating both qualitative and quantitative data collection methods, primarily through structured questionnaires. Simple random sampling was employed among the selected 50 employees from the human resource departments of the selected BPO companies in Ortigas Center, Pasig City. who had at least one year of experience and were knowledgeable about the use of HR digital tools.
