Undergraduate Thesis Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Major in Human Resources Development Management University of Rizal System, Rodriguez, Rizal 2018
This study aimed to know the evaluation of on-the-job training program to Human Resource Development Management graduates. The respondents were 13 HR Graduates and 2 School Personnel composed of the OJT Coordinator who supervised the OJT students and the Dean of College of Business who managed the schedule of the OJT students. This was conducted during the School Year 2016-2017.
The research instruments used were the guide questions validated by the experts. Descriptive Method was used on this study.
Based on the gathered results from the respondents, the following findings were obtained.
With regards to the Communications skills acquired during on-the-Job training program, the respondents said that such skills helped during the interview and helpful in their present job. In terms of leadership skills, they said that since they were leaders already in school, there was no new skill learned during their OJT. However, such skills of theirs were utilized in their work now. In terms of personality, some of students graduates became matured, the outlooks, their perceptions and the way they talked. Also, they became more responsible to their OJT and adopted it to their current job. They also learned that you should put aside your ego even if you are in the unnecessary situations instead of focusing in it.
