They can also provide various nutrients that you can get in a set course of meal The eggdrop sandwich that the proponents decided to establish is rich in macro and micronutrients that can make consumer move forward on a daily basis since one sandwich is already an equivalent of one meal. The Proponents was inspired to make their own better version of Eggdrop sandwich that is healthier, tastier, and affordable The main ingredients would be a soft and warn bread, and egg as it is the principal ingredients of making a sandwich, and for its health benefits that consumers can get like fiber, protein, and carbohydrates all in one sandwich.

They come up with the product name "El Pan y Huevo", it is the Spanish

term for bread and eggs that if combined it is an eggdrop sandwich that consist of meat, leafy vegetable, and protein that the proponents' wants to offer. The owners made plenty of samples and distributed with random people. Unexpectedly, the food tasters loved the products, and very excited to try the other variants that business offers.

The idea of the owners smoothly flows like the river and desires to be one of the leading business that offers the best eggdrop sandwich that will surely satisfy the customers. It will be a food business located in Montalban Rizal that provides lots of variety of eggdrop sandwich namely: Huevo clásico (Bread, Egg, Ham, Cheese, Lettuce, Cucumber, and Japanese Mayo), Huevo luncheon (Bread, Egg, Chicken Luncheon Meat, Cheese, Japanese Mayo, Lettuce, and Cucumber), Huevo y jamon (Breed, Egg Swest am Lemu Cucumber, and Japanese Mayai and Huevo y bacon (Bread Egg. Trend Bacon, Lettuce, Cucumber, and Japanese Mayo) They also have one signature saridwich called Garlic Huevo (Garlic Bread, Bacon. Ham Egg. Tomato, Cucumber, and Lettuce) The business niso offers not just food but drinks that can quench your thirst such as Soda, foed Tea, and Lemonade

The bread and eggs are the main ingredients of the El Pan Y Hueva business-bread is abundant in carbohydrates which are is crucial componerit of our diet and give us an energy Our bread contains several B vitarnins including thiamin (Vitamin B1) and niacin (Vitamin B3), which are necessary for releasing energy from meals. A general perthership is a business arrangement by which two or more individuals agree to share in all assets, profits, and financial and legal liabilities of a jointly-owned business. The owners agreed on having an assigned day to manage the entire business and agreed to receive fair income that the business will generate. The source of capital came from each owners amounts to P151,431 sach, 33.3% ratio as starting capital with a total amount of P454,294 to operate the entire business, with this everyone can contribute on the growth of the organization. El Pan y Huevo is expected to profit P307,336.24 in 2023, highlighting its financial viability and growth potential.

The business has two staff: the staff and production staff. Both of the staff have one rest day and 8 hours of working days. The business will operate from Monday to Saturday with an operating hours from 11 AM to 7:30 PM. The proposed business will operate six working days in a week and twenty-four days in a month. The salaries varies from the positions of the employees and also its mandatory government contributions like 13th month pay, overtime pay, holiday/premium pay, SSS, PAG-IBIG, and PhilHealth. The marketing strategy of the business will be 4 P's of marketing Product, Pricing, Place and Promotion. The proposed selling price El Pan Y Huevo start from P110.17 to P171.00, drinks from P10.01 to P20.09. The pricing strategy that will be used in the business is Cost based Pricing; the simplest pricing method is cost plus pricing which is adding average mark-up to the cost of the product

When it comes to the location of the business, it will be located in Southville 8B San Isidro Food Court it's not far away from the Gasoline Station and convenience store of 7/11 This location is the best and appropriate place for selling the products of the El Pan Y Huevo because people usually visit this place due to a lively surroundings and comfortable environment. The business' target market is ten years old and above regardless of their status as long as they are interested and fascinated towards the taste of sandwiches which inspired by a popular sandwiches from Korean foods. Students, children. parents, adults, that can chew and buy the delectable and appetizing sandwich. El Pan Y Huevo promotional campaign included flyers, posters, and tarpaulin signage. Customers that do not wish to be entertained by word-of-mouth advertising require print marketing.
