The study aimed to Develop Learning Materials in Writing were effective with respect to the following variables: grammar, punctuation, spelling, word and phrase choices, sentence variety, organization, and substance are based. The study used simple random sampling among the Grade 12 of Senior High School students of Kasiglahan Village Senior High School.
