The study aimed to Develop Learning Materials in Writing were effective with respect to the following variables: grammar, punctuation, spelling, word and phrase choices, sentence variety, organization, and substance are based. The study used simple random sampling among the Grade 12 of Senior High School students of Kasiglahan Village Senior High School. Expert and learner assessment of the remedial program through the developed learning materials with respect to the following areas of objectives, usefulness, materials, facility, and recall are highly considered.
As study, strategy was found to be an effective tool in teaching Writing through Leaming Materials intended for the learners of Senior high as Grade 12 level. As a result, the study yielded a p-value value of .000 which is way below the critical value of p0.05 at five percent level in all learning areas of significance and verbally interpreted as significant. Thus, accepting hypotheses. There's a significant difference between the pre-test and post-test mean scores of the experimental groups with respect to the variables of the study.
