The subject of the study were the cashiers of small groceries in Montalban, Rizal. The 100 respondents were randomly selected by the researchers. The instrument used by the researchers was the questionnaire-checklist which was validated by the experts before its reproduction and distribution to the respondents. To achieve the objective of the study, the Descriptive Method of research was used. survey design was utilized to gather the data, and to treat the following questions. For better result and accuracy and interpretation of the gathered data, the researchers employed the Statistical Treatment. To know the level of awareness of the respondents on the new security features on Banknotes, the weighted mean was employed to know the significant difference on the awareness of the respondents on the current security features on Banknotes between the profiles, One-way ANOVA was utilized. The following findings were drawn from the data interpretation and analysis of data. With regards to the profile of respondents in terms of length of service, it was found that out of 100 respondents under the bracket of 3 months and below length of service got the highest frequency of 50 or 50 percent and ranked first. Followed by 4-7 months length of service got a frequency of 22 or 22 percent, under the bracket of 8-11 months of service got a frequency of 12 or 12 percent, under the bracket of 1-4 years length of service got a frequency of 9 or 9 percent. In terms of civil status, 77 or 77 percent were single, followed by married with 19 or 19 percent and lastly under status of separated got a frequency of 4 or 4 percent. In terms of educational attainment, out of 100 respondents' college level cashiers have the highest frequency with 45 or 45 percent, followed by the high school graduate cashiers with 35 or 35 percent. Then college graduate cashiers with 20 or 20 percent.
